I need an automation expert to help connect and streamline the following platforms: - Funnelish - Go High Level -NMI, -Twilio - Cal.com -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Core Responsibilities: - Make sure all bookings (Cal.com) map correctly into Go High Level - Sync all checkout events from Funnelish and update pipeline stages/tags in GHL - Automate partial payment flows (status changes, pipeline movement, tagging) - Build logic so a second payment can be scheduled and tracked in GHL - Trigger NMI future payments, and notify us instantly if a payment fails or is succesful - Route “payment completed” notifications to the correct department within 15 minutes - Build a simple internal interface in GHL to select a client + schedule future payments - Ensure that when someone buys from a checkout link, the CRM is updated with their correct name/phone - Maintain clean, reliable webhook communication across all platforms -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Who I’m Looking For: - Strong webhook + automation experience - Fast, responsive, great problem-solver - Comfortable working long-term with a growing team ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you’re experienced with multi-platform automations and want ongoing work, let’s talk. ⚠️Also do not use ai to generate your answer I am looking for someone really good here I want to hear what you have to say not what ai has to say!
