• York Chevrolet is seeking a dynamic and motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• 1. Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their preferences, and guide them through the vehicle selection process.
• 2. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest automotive features, specifications, and technology to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
• 3. Sales Process: Conduct test drives, present financing options, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• 4. Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale to build long-lasting relationships.
• 5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team, finance department, and service department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• 6. Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to address any concerns, provide follow-up information, and encourage referrals.
• 7. Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 1. Previous experience in automotive sales preferred but not required.
• 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• 5. Basic knowledge of financing options and automotive technologies.
• 6. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• 7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
