Helping clients buy and sell apartment buildings in Healdsburg or Santa Rosa has been rewarding as has locating dream builds for that special home in Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma Valley and Bennett Valley. The enjoyment of seeing a client’s face when they find the perfect home in Montecito, McDonald or the Fountain Grove areas has always been a source of rejuvenation and pride for Jeff & Tracey too. Often times they have helped clients relocate from places far away and found them their new wine country home in Sky Hawk, Diamond A or Sky Farm as well. Choosing to live in Santa Rosa proved to be rewarding when it comes to helping clients investigate country properties in Sebastopol, Sonoma & Glen Ellen as they are only blocks away from the Sonoma County Permit & Resource Management Department where the data is stored for such research. One of their favorite activities is to provide actionable advice to clients considering selling their home or property by leaning on their marketing expertise and experience amassed over the last 24 years. Having recently surpassed the mark of completing over $500 million in sales, The Press Democrat has recruited Jeff & Tracey for their expertise in the field in selecting them to provide it with graphical neighborhood trends data, regional analysis of the marketplace and topical real estate news throughout the Redwood Empire. Look for their Sunday real estate section contributions! Jeff & Tracey incorporate all their customers into a Client Appreciation Program. As part of this extended community, clients benefit from monthly contact that includes Market Trends, Quarterly reports, design tips and ways to maximize the equities in their homes.
