Clinic Success Partners is seeking a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to connect with medspa and clinic owners and book qualified sales calls for our agency’s marketing and automation systems. This is a paid test project where your primary goal is to book one qualified call through LinkedIn using our proven outreach system. Top performers will move into an ongoing, long-term position managing multiple LinkedIn accounts with strong pay and performance bonuses. Responsibilities Connection Growth Send 30–40 targeted connection requests daily using Ulinc, Taplio, Waalaxy, or Dripify. Follow our Ideal Client Profile (medspa owners, clinic founders, healthcare entrepreneurs). Engage naturally with likes and comments to build visibility and credibility. Personalized Outreach Send short, personalized voice notes and our pre-recorded intro video to new connections. Use provided scripts and proven sequences to generate genuine conversations and interest. Appointment Booking Schedule qualified calls using your unique GoHighLevel calendar link. Log all activity and outcomes in the shared Google Sheet for transparency and tracking. Content Support Share and engage with Clinic Success Partners’ content to help build authority in the medspa marketing space. Success Metrics At least 1 qualified call booked during the trial period. Consistent, accurate message tracking and reporting. Clear, professional communication with prospects. Requirements Proven experience with B2B LinkedIn outreach or appointment setting. Strong familiarity with tools like Ulinc, Taplio, Waalaxy, or Dripify. Excellent written and spoken English. A relationship-based messaging style (not cold spam).
