# Business Analyst cum Scrum Master cum Tester ## Position Overview This combines business analysis, agile project facilitation, and quality assurance responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams while ensuring delivery excellence through both process facilitation and hands-on testing. Deep domain expertise in household sector, personal finance, and healthcare is essential to understand complex business requirements and deliver meaningful solutions. ## Key Responsibilities ### Business Analysis (40%) - Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements - Translate business needs into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria - Create and maintain product backlogs, ensuring priorities align with business objectives - Develop process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications - Conduct gap analysis between current and desired states - Facilitate requirements workshops and validation sessions - Perform impact analysis for proposed changes - Apply domain knowledge to ensure solutions meet industry-specific compliance and regulatory requirements ### Scrum Master (30%) - Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives - Coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices - Remove impediments and blockers affecting team productivity - Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions - Track and communicate sprint progress, velocity, and metrics - Foster continuous improvement within the team - Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain healthy product backlogs - Promote transparency and collaboration across teams ### Testing & Quality Assurance (30%) - Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts - Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing - Identify, document, and track defects through resolution - Validate that developed features meet acceptance criteria and business requirements - Collaborate with developers on defect triage and root cause analysis - Maintain test documentation and traceability matrices - Support UAT coordination with business users - Verify fixes and conduct regression testing - Ensure domain-specific testing scenarios are covered (financial calculations, healthcare workflows, etc.) ## Required Qualifications **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field **Experience:** - 5-7 years of combined experience in business analysis, Scrum Master, and testing roles - Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Strong background in software testing methodologies and practices **Domain Experience (Required):** - **Household Sector:** 2+ years working with household management applications, family budgeting tools, or home services platforms. Understanding of household financial planning, expense tracking, and domestic service workflows - **Personal Finance:** 3+ years in personal finance applications including budgeting tools, savings platforms, investment tracking, loan management, credit scoring, or financial planning software. Knowledge of financial regulations, security standards (PCI DSS), and personal financial management best practices - **Healthcare:** 3+ years in healthcare IT including experience with EMR/EHR systems, patient portals, healthcare claims processing, telehealth platforms, or health insurance systems.
