• Your Role
• As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact solutions for the financial sector, blending your backend expertise with cutting-edge AI-driven engineering practices. You’ll work on mission-critical systems that demand scalability, security, and performance ,while actively shaping the future of software delivery alongside top talents and generative AI. You won’t just write code you’ll design intelligent, sustainable solutions that power financial innovation.
• What You’ll Do
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure Java applications for financial systems.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design strategies.
• Ensure delivery of clean code, high-quality testing, and thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• Drive the integration of AI into engineering workflows and solution development.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence.
• Who You Are
• Technical Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8 or higher.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Practical knowledge of Kafka, REST APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or another major cloud platform.
• Comfortable with both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Mandatory: Experience working with AI tools, LLMs (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar), or AI-powered SDLC environments.
