  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Betting Content Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy and smooth operation of our betting features, identifying and resolving issues, and providing actionable insights to enhance the user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze bugs, maintain high-quality betting content, analyze trends and metrics to support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our app.
  • Responsibilities
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy of betting-related content and features within the app.
  • Identify, report, and document bugs or issues related to betting functionality.
  • Analyze betting-related issues to understand root causes and propose actionable solutions.
  • Use analytical tools (primarily Google Sheets/Excel) to calculate metrics, validate data accuracy, and measure content or feature performance.
  • Apply logical and quantitative analysis to identify patterns, errors, and optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and completion of tasks and projects related to betting within the scores app.
  • Validate fixes and updates to ensure they align with expected results.
  • Follow trends and updates in sports betting to provide insights for feature improvements.
  • Maintain clear communication with other team members on betting-related updates and progress.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to support team members to ensure a high level of service.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to sports betting.
  • Requirements
  • Strong passion for sports and familiarity with betting platforms and terminology.
  • Strong familiarity with the sports betting world is required – including understanding odds, expected value, and key sports trends. Personal or professional experience in betting is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent logical and analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.
  • High proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas, lookups, conditional logic, and pivot tables.
  • Ability to calculate and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and basic ROI or accuracy metrics.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in betting data.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring the accuracy of betting-related content.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English to clearly report findings and collaborate effectively.
  • Creative problem solver with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating across teams.

As a plus

  • Experience in technical support, QA, or similar roles in the sports or betting industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools and methodologies for issue tracking and bug reporting (e.g., Jira).
  • Basic understanding of data flows in apps or backend systems is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a data-focused role within the international betting industry.
  • Experience contributing to or implementing data-driven improvements.
  • Experience building reports, automations, or analytical dashboards using spreadsheets or similar tools.
