- We are hiring Bilingual Customer Support Specialists to join a global travel reservation platform in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- In this role, you will support customers with questions related to bookings, payments, and platform usage, delivering efficient and high-quality service via phone and email. As part of the recruitment process and daily activities, English will be used frequently, including spoken and written communication.
- 🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to reservations, billing, and platform usage
- Provide support via voice calls and email
- Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Communicate clearly and professionally in Portuguese and English
- Follow internal processes and quality standards
- ✅ Requirements
- Advanced English (B2/C1) – spoken and written
- Portuguese fluency
- Availability to work on-site in Barra Funda
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Availability to work rotating schedules
- Comfortable handling phone-based support in English
- ⚠️ Part of the online interview will be conducted in English.

Shift options
- 08:00 AM – 04:12 PM
- 11:50 AM – 08:00 PM
- Schedule: 5x2 (rotating days off)

- Duration: 3 to 4 weeks
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
- 💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: R$ 2,200.00
