We’re Texas Southern Drilling, a water well drilling company based in Texas. We’re hiring a bilingual phone-based prequalifier to help screen leads and support our sales process. The right person is coachable, friendly, and eager to learn how the water well industry works. You’ll start as a prequalifier and grow into a sales role once trained. Must have strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a desire to build trust with customers.
