Our client is seeking a bilingual English-Spanish Intake Specialist to handle new client calls for personal injury and property insurance claims. If you have intake experience, love talking to people, and have a warm, professional communication style, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: • Handle inbound & outbound intake calls • Pre-qualify PI & property insurance claims • Document case details and update CRM • Communicate with clients via phone, chat, and email • Provide excellent customer experience Must Have: ✓ 2+ years U.S. intake experience ✓ Fluency in English & Spanish ✓ Knowledge of PI & property insurance claims ✓ Strong communication & empathy ✓ Ability to work U.S. business hours Bonus: • Portuguese fluency • Legal admin skills (e-filing, Filevine) Apply now and help clients get the support they need.
