Role Overview We’re hiring a full-time, exclusive, long-term Operations Manager based in Latin America to manage daily operations, coordinate with suppliers, collaborate closely with our warehouse manager, and keep all workflows running smoothly. This role requires: Strong Spanish (daily communication with our warehouse manager Andrés) Strong English (reporting to the CEO) You’ll oversee the entire operational flow: Purchase orders → distributors → warehouse → delivery → issue resolution → reporting This is a long-term position with potential to grow into Director of Operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities 1. Purchase Order (PO) Creation — Daily Create daily POs for multiple distributors Track availability, confirm pricing, follow up on ETAs. Maintain a clear dashboard of PO statuses (pending, confirmed, shipped, delivered). 2. Distributor & Dropshipping Coordination Act as the primary bridge between EHUBAMERICA and dropship distributors. Track orders from creation to delivery. Resolve issues such as delays, backorders, misroutes, damaged goods. Maintain an issue log and ensure fast, accurate resolution. 3. Warehouse Coordination (Spanish Required) Communicate daily with Andrés (warehouse manager). Sync incoming and outgoing shipments. Reconcile inventory discrepancies. Confirm stock levels before placing POs. Provide clear instructions for packing, receiving, and restocking. 4. Operations Oversight & Problem Solving Monitor workflows to prevent issues before they escalate. Build and update SOPs for core processes. Maintain KPI dashboards (order accuracy, delivery times, backorders, issue resolution speed). 5. Reporting & Information Consolidation As we grow and hire additional VAs (bookkeeping, product management, graphics, Shopify management), you will: Collect weekly updates Validate accuracy Consolidate everything into ONE weekly summary for the CEO Highlight insights, risks, and recommendations You will act as the operational hub of the company. 🌟 What Success Looks Like Orders and POs are handled smoothly and on time. Distributor + warehouse communication is organized and efficient. Problems are solved before they reach the CEO. SOPs are documented and followed consistently. Weekly reports are clear, concise, and accurate. You operate as the company’s internal “operations brain.” 🧩 Required Qualifications Native/fluent Spanish + strong English Based in Latin America 3–6+ years in operations, logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce management Experience creating and tracking purchase orders Experience coordinating with suppliers & warehouses Strong attention to detail and organization Excellent communication skills Ability to work full-time and exclusively with EHUBAMERICA Proactive, solution-oriented mindset 💡 Preferred Experience eCommerce operations (Shopify, Woocommerce, or similar) Inventory or warehouse coordination SOP creation and process optimization Google Sheets or Excel dashboards Operations reporting 🎥 To Apply (Required) 1.
