As a Billing Analyst you will be responsible for helping to identify, document and execute billing requirements or tasks which feed the financial cycle, providing quality assurance and continuous improvement. This position is part of a team that focuses on the customer billing cycle and continuous improvement of processes and services. We are looking for a Billing Systems Analyst who will: Meets with clients or internal teams to gather and document billing requirements and/or tasks. Assumes overall responsibility for billing procedures and analyses. Develop and maintain documentation for all client and/or internal processes and procedures. Primary contact point for client’s billing interests and work toward resolution of issues/problems during billing cycles. Develop and maintain documentation for all client and/or internal processes and procedures. Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who: AA Degree or equivalent in Information Technology related field. Meets with clients or internal teams to gather and document billing requirements and/or tasks. Translates business requirements to system requirements. Demonstrates system functionality to client. Identify potential impacts as business requirements change over time. Identify areas of automation, process improvements and be able to lead initiative to completion. Gathers and analyzes information and uses it to develop effective solutions to problems or situations. Communicates effectively to convey and clarify moderately complex information. Ability to troubleshoot issues discovered in automated processes. Telephony wholesale or retail billing experience would be an advantage. UNIX knowledge is a plus SQL knowledge is a plus C# and Python knowledge is a plus CSGer Perks & Benefits (Feel free to adjust this by regional benefits!)
