- Strong background in sales or business development Solid understanding of technical BOS/BSS portfolios and operator architectures. Consultative selling skills are mandatory, with proven ability to influence VP and C-level stakeholders. Experience in long-term transformation programs (BSS/BOS) and leading commercial workstreams. Experience managing pre-sales and driving business strategy for software/telecom solutions. Strong leadership, collaborative mindset, and ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments.
