• About the Role

• * We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Reporting Technology Team and
• contribute to building, scaling, and maintaining a reliable, secure, and
• high-performing infrastructure.
• * You will be responsible for designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines,
• managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring smooth deployments.
• * This role requires close collaboration with development, QA, and SRE teams to
• foster a culture of automation, observability, and continuous improvement.

• Key Responsibilities

• * Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and
• deployment workflows.
• * Maintain and optimize infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like
• Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• * Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and availability
• using observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or
• Dynatrace).
• * Manage and scale containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm,
• Istio).
• * Collaborate with developers to ensure applications are cloud-ready and
• resilient.
• * Implement security best practices in infrastructure, pipelines, and secrets
• management.
• * Support and improve incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem
• processes.
• * Advocate for and enforce a DevOps culture that emphasizes automation,
• self-service, and continuous improvement.

• Required Qualifications

• * Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineer.
• * Strong knowledge of Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Python, or
• similar).
• * Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• * Solid background with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or
• CircleCI).
• * Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• * Proficiency with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation,
• or Pulumi).
• * Experience with monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK,
• Splunk, etc.).
• * Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPCs,
• service mesh).
• * Familiarity with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd).
• * Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
• * Exposure to chaos engineering and resilience testing.
