We are producing new images for our corporate website and require a dedicated office photo session. The objective is to capture authentic, high-quality images of our team in a professional environment, reflecting collaboration, diversity, and our brand culture. Scope of Work -Objective: Capture dynamic and natural photos in an office setting to be used across the corporate website. Freelancer Requirements: -Photographer must bring and use their own professional camera equipment. -Provide basic lighting setup if necessary based on office conditions. -Deliver all raw image files at the end of the project. Shooting Requirements -Location: Our offices in Sao Paulo and Campinas People & Situations: -Group Pictures – small and large team shots. -Individual Portraits – professional headshots of team members. -Working Moments – people at desks, using laptops, brainstorming. -Meetings – formal and informal setups, including collaboration scenes. -Sharing / Casual Interactions – coffee breaks, hallway conversations, natural moments. Production Details -Deliverables: Raw image files from the full shoot. A mix of posed and candid photography to show both professionalism and natural interaction. -Duration: 1 full production day. -Style & Guidance: Images should feel modern, approachable, and consistent with our brand identity. We will provide reference materials for alignment. Notes -Photographer must be discreet and adapt to the office rhythm, capturing authentic moments. -Lighting should remain natural where possible, using artificial light only to enhance quality. -Final usage will be for website visuals, so horizontal and vertical formats are needed.
