Job Description:
XTransfer is seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our local client base in São Paulo, Brazil, and surrounding regions, driving market growth for our cross-border payment and trade finance solutions. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the Brazilian market, strong business development skills, and excellent client relationship management abilities to support XTransfer's expansion in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and acquire clients in Brazil, focusing on local SMEs and international trade businesses, promoting XTransfer's cross-border payment, foreign exchange settlement, and fintech solutions.
- Build and maintain client relationships through online and offline channels (e.g., industry events, business visits, partner networks) to identify potential opportunities.
- Formulate and execute local sales strategies to achieve company-set growth targets (e.g., client acquisition, transaction volume).
- Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
- Deeply understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, risk control, operations, etc.) to ensure efficient fulfillment of client requirements.
Work Experience Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in cross-border payments, trade finance, banking, or fintech.
- Candidates with existing networks in the Brazilian market (e.g., trade companies, SME client resources) are preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to independently engage high-value clients.
- Fluency in Portuguese and Chinese (business proficiency acceptable).
