Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and manage sales activities, prospecting for business in the market and with predefined clients in the channel, as well as in product application areas, aiming for greater sales participation to ensure established goals and results defined in the management plan, in accordance with pre-established guidelines. 2. Monitor and analyze the activities of clients defined in the portfolio, establishing controls that allow for the evaluation of quotes, data, and information that contribute to the development of sales cycle planning and the continuous pursuit of increased participation. 3. Coordinate the work of Representatives, seeking greater knowledge, relationship building, and consolidation of business relationships with clients, maintaining the standardization of policies and guidelines for market operations. 4. Analyze documentation issued by the client, verifying its potential and minimizing risks, as well as suggesting commercial conditions, and providing those responsible for credit areas with timely information regarding the clients' situation, as well as seeking new information, avoiding delays and defaults. 5. Achieve the objectives of established plans and goals, map the main areas of operation, aiming to guarantee the continuous pursuit of sales and the achievement of targets and the fulfillment of negotiations established with clients. 6. Coordinate and manage the actions of the sales team and commercial representatives, standardizing information that demonstrates interaction with internal/external clients, with the objective focused on achieving results, as well as defining work plans, sizing, development, training, among others, aiming at improving and maintaining efficiency. 7. Contribute to maintaining the company's market share, interacting with active and potential clients, internal areas, among others, in order to meet their needs regarding the company's cost and availability interests. 8. Participate in defining plans, together with Management, for sales goals, strategies, and policies, subsidizing and supporting decisions with market information and data for negotiations with clients and representatives, as well as analyzing and monitoring the results of plans and goals for necessary adjustments, ensuring the achievement of results. 9. Seek information to evaluate the sales actions of competitors; purchasing potential as well as new projects in progress, as well as prospecting diverse market and customer information related to the Region, assess risks, data on competitor actions, enabling changes that lead to the full execution of commercial objectives. MBA or Postgraduate will be considered a differential • Sales experience in the segment of electrical or related materials with a focus on Renewable Market. • Demonstrate administrative aptitude, time management and ability to multitask. • Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with stressful circumstances. • Management of sales volume, margin and marketing share KPI’s • Proactive and with excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and teamwork. • Empathy and diversity in the management of its customers promoting the company in the most different levels of customer organization. • Work in partial Home-office regime and available to make visits to clients and trips 80% of the time. • Passion for learning and personal growth, aiming to gain market share. • Solid technical understanding of the sales process in order to influence customers responsibility. • Ability to use Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
