Key Responsibilities 1. Content Proofreading Review and proofread all Portuguese (Brazil) content on the website and app. Ensure accuracy in language, grammar, and cultural relevance. Check UI text consistency, translation accuracy, and logical coherence. 2. Functional Testing Conduct end-to-end testing of major features (registration, playback, download, interactions, etc.). Identify, record, and report bugs and usability issues. 3. User Experience Evaluation Simulate real user scenarios and assess overall usability from a Brazilian user’s viewpoint. Provide actionable insights and suggestions to improve product experience. 4. Reporting & Communication Prepare detailed test reports with findings and recommendations. Communicate effectively with the product and development teams to ensure improvements are implemented. Qualifications Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker, with good English communication skills. Deep understanding of local culture, user behavior, and linguistic nuances. 1–2 years of experience in QA testing, content review, or product evaluation. Experience with internet platforms, entertainment apps, or streaming services is a plus. Familiar with mobile and web product testing workflows. Detail-oriented, analytical, and empathetic toward users. Proficient with QA and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or ClickUp.
