About the Role: We are expanding into new international markets and are looking for Virtual Assistants based in Brazil to help us with localized research, app/website usability testing, and customer experience feedback. Your role will be crucial in helping us understand how users in Brazil interact with digital platforms, including onboarding, payment flows, user preferences, and overall usability. You’ll act as our “local eye,” ensuring our services adapt well to your region. Responsibilities Conduct local market research on competitor apps/websites. Test user journeys Provide detailed feedback with screenshots or recordings to support findings. Document translation, currency, and formatting differences. Share insights on popular local payment methods (bank, wallet, QR, etc.). Report bugs, UI issues, or confusing flows during testing. Complete ad-hoc tasks related to localization and customer behavior research.
