The Country Expert (CE) Program is an international network of bilingual coaches, resume writers, translators, and professional experts. Country Experts act as internal quality assurance specialists, ensuring a consistent global experience while building a library of locally relevant resources and programs for participants worldwide. As a Brazilian Portuguese Country Expert, you will leverage your language expertise, cultural knowledge, and technical skills to support translation, localization, testing, and content development initiatives. This role is designed for professionals located in Brazil who are passionate about delivering high-quality, localized experiences across diverse projects. Key Responsibilities Perform translation, localization, and review of product/software strings, resources, webinars, marketing materials, emails, sales content, and video subtitles. Conduct quality testing for web and mobile apps, including functional and linguistic checks. Test in-language technology solutions, including website release testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Support resource development by reviewing or localizing tip sheets, webinars, voiceovers, and video reviews (limited scope). Contribute research and reporting on local insights and trends (limited scope). Expectations Contribute up to 10 hours per week on projects (average of 5 hours). Communicate using Google Workspace tools (Chat, Docs, Gmail, Sheets). Accept or decline project requests via a shared tracker within 24 hours. Deliver assignments on time and track hours spent on translation/localization. Be comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms and internal tools. Compensation $20–$30/hour (based on market, expertise, and experience). Average workload: up to 30+ hours per month.
