• The Health Specialist is a nurse or doctor who provides expertise and advice to the HSE function and to the Schlumberger Health Advisor on issues related to occupational/industrial hygiene, public health and sanitation, occupational medicine and toxicology within a defined location, country or Geomarket. To apply the principles of occupational health to the design, construction and operation of facilities. To identify and manage health hazards in accordance with risk assessment criteria. To provide advice and proposals for hazard reduction and other corrective or mitigating actions.
