I'm looking for a developer to build a lightweight web system using Node.js, React and PostgreSQL. 1) Daily CSV import (D-1) Upload CSV for previous day Routes (D-1) with deduplication Store delivery data: delivered, returns, % Drivers performance, total packages, etc Dashboards with date filters Ranking: Top 10 best/worst drivers by delivery % Total packages, total km, etc 2) Daily Operations Kanban (Excel input) Upload Excel with daily planned routes Kanban board: change assign drivers and helpers via drag-and-drop Edit helper, incentive, status, notes during the day All changes saved immediately 3) End-of-Day Closure → Two final bases At the end of each day, the system must generate the End-of-Day Closure, producing: A) Final Routes Base One row per person (driver or helper) Columns: Date, Rota, TransporterId, NomeDA, ServiceType, BlocoAgendadoHr B) Incentives Base Only one row if the driver received incentive Date, Rota, TransporterId, NomeDA, Incentive Type, value 4) Reconciliation: CSV vs End-of-Day Closure (D-1) When uploading the D-1 CSV the next morning, the system must: Match records by date + route + driver Compare values (deliveries, returns, etc.) Show a reconciliation report with: OK Missing in closure Missing in CSV Mismatch 5) Admin edition + audit log Admin can edit D-1 closures & incentives Every change must be recorded in an audit log
