• We are currently looking for a Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 – an exciting opportunity to build innovative solutions in an hybrid position based in San Pablo.
• Key Responsibilities
• Design CRM workflows and business processes using BPMN/UML mapped to Dynamics 365
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, and test cases; validate features through UAT
• Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects managing scope, timelines, and risks
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders, facilitating workshops and aligning expectations
• Analyze existing processes and implement improvements to enhance business efficiency
• Support change management initiatives and coordinate training to drive user adoption
• Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in CRM consulting or business analysis with Dynamics 365 focus
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into high-value CRM solutions
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
• Advanced English (B2/C1) - essential for international collaboration. Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Microsoft certifications (MB-200, PL-200, MB-210 or similar)
