- David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who is seeking to onboard a Portuguese speaking Business Development Manager for their markets in Brazil.
- Position: Business Development Manager
- Location: Remote- Sao Paulo, Brazil
- Employment type: Full-time
- Remuneration: Base salary.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns through direct communication, social platforms, email, and industry events to engage potential partners.
- Build, manage, and optimize a sales or partnership pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful conversions.
- Expand and manage regional or international partner networks, balancing cost efficiency and business impact.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key partners and high-value clients to support long-term business growth.
- Present the company’s value proposition, negotiate terms, and close partnership agreements.
- Oversee smooth onboarding of new partners, including contract finalization, compliance checks, and integration into company programs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless partner handover and ongoing support.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including partner acquisition and overall business impact.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Portuguese (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and verbal. As well as good proficiency in English (at least B2).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships (experience in a fast-paced, target-driven industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of partnership models, client relationship management, and business development strategies.
- Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage long-term relationships.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing pipelines and performance tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new growth opportunities.
- Willingness to travel and represent the company at industry events when required.
