  • Job Title Business Development Manager - Hospital Patient Monitoring Job Description Job title: The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving commercial strategy across diverse markets, innovating business models and partnerships to meet local demands, aligning BMC initiatives with broader business plans, and leading strategic decision-making through market insights to optimize operational efficiency and revenue growth. The role leads strategic direction by refining solutions based on market insights, fostering key partnerships, and developing adaptive long-term strategies. The role evaluates competitive actions through collaboration, utilizing insights for informed decision-making and developing counterstrategies. The role handles strategic global deals by collaborating cross-functionally to meet global and local market needs effectively. Your role: Executes the commercial strategy for new products, solutions, and services, as well as existing portfolios within various markets, driving success through innovative business models, sales channels, and risk-sharing partnerships to effectively meet local market demands and ensure growth. • Ensures alignment of Brand Management & Communication (BMC) enablers from business or business category within BMC plans, including NPIs, quality initiatives, and channel support, to optimize in-market approaches. • Implements strategic policies by selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve desired outcomes, while maintaining a broad conceptual view that integrates strategic and operational perspectives. • Handles complex issues requiring extensive company knowledge, synthesizes market and customer feedback to drive innovative solutions and utilizes in-depth analysis of situations and data to inform strategic decisions. • Achieves relevant metrics, delivers on goals and objectives, determines methods and procedures for new assignments, and coordinates activities across various functions and departments to ensure effective implementation and success. • Ensures the implementation of innovative business models aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, maximizing revenue streams, and optimizing market positioning. • Leads strategic direction by leveraging deep market insights to refine and innovate solutions, cultivating strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and clients to enhance relationships and opportunities, and driving development of long-term business strategies that adapt to dynamic industry landscapes. • Evaluates competitive action using insights and analytics to inform decision-making and designs an implementation plan for counterstrategies. • Handles strategic global deals as requested by Markets, particularly those necessitating new commercial models or holding global strategic priority and collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate market insights and build proposed solutions that meet both global and local market needs effectively. You're the right fit if: (4 x bullets max) Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Business Planning or equivalent.
