- We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive – Partnerships & Strategic Alliances to drive growth through collaborations, corporate programs, and impact-driven initiatives across LATAM. You will identify and develop strategic partnerships with corporations, business chambers, universities, government entities, and technology partners to expand our reach and social impact. The ideal candidate is strategic, relationship-driven, proactive, and shares our passion for education, technology, and meaningful human connection.
- What you will do
- Identify, design, and close strategic partnerships with corporations, business chambers, universities & institutions, government & NGOs, and technology partners
- Develop B2B and institutional business opportunities across LATAM
- Lead consultative sales processes from discovery to closing
- Build tailored value proposals related to AI adoption, workforce upskilling, and social-impact programs
- Manage and grow partner relationships to ensure long-term success
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product & academic teams, and sales leadership
- Represent Nebius Academy at meetings with executives & stakeholders, webinars, conferences & industry events
- Maintain an organized pipeline and performance reporting
- Contribute strategically to regional expansion initiatives
- Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development, Partnerships/Alliances, B2B Sales, or Consulting
- Strong business networking abilities with the capacity to engage confidently with C-level executives, HR leaders, and innovation stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to close complex deals
- Regional LATAM experience is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high autonomy and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish (English strongly preferred)
- Passionate about education, technology, AI transformation, and social & economic progress
