- The Global Partner Success team plays a critical role in enabling Thoughtworks to collaborate effectively with strategic partners, hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Microsoft), and technology (ISV) partners (e.g., Databricks). - As a Business Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for executing the operational aspects of our partner strategy, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset to deliver operational excellence. You will work closely with stakeholders across partner sales and alliances, client leadership, finance, and marketing to ensure partnership operations run smoothly and are aligned with Thoughtworks’ strategic goals.
- Job responsibilities
- Partner Program Execution: Support the execution of partner programs by ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals (e.g., AWS SCA targets).
- Portal & CRM Management: Maintain and update partner portals and internal databases to reflect deal progression and ensure accurate reporting.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze partnership data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance scalability, and drive efficiency across partner operations.
- Stakeholder Support: Provide internal teams with partnership insights, connect stakeholders as needed, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing enhancements of partner operations through process optimization, automation, and best practices.
- Reporting & Communication: Assist in creating reports and presentations that communicate partnership performance, progress against targets, and overall impact to leadership.

- Technical Skills
- Advanced English (daily interaction in a global team).
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), analytics tools, and workflow management platforms.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of partnership ecosystems, sales motions, and business operations in a global context.
