What you get to do in this role

  • We are seeking a Principal Business Process Consultant BPC with proven experience in ServiceNow implementations, strong technical understanding of the platform, and the ability to connect business processes with scalable technical solutions.
  • This professional will be responsible for leading complex ServiceNow projects across multiple product lines, with a strong focus on Core Platform configuration and integrations.
  • The role requires a balance of functional consulting expertise and hands on configuration capabilities.
  • Key responsibilities include Leading client workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
  • Performing hands on ServiceNow configuration including setup of core platform capabilities OOTB, data models, workflows, and integrations
  • Designing and validating complex integration architectures using IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, JDBC and other connectors
  • Building and presenting demos and proof of concepts POCs to showcase solutions to customers Conducting basic platform setup activities such as roles, ACLs, foundational data, CMDB and CSDM alignment, LDAP, SSO, and Streaming Connect
  • Designing feasible technical solutions in alignment with customer needs and best practices, ensuring scalability and maintainability
  • Leveraging ServiceNow AI Native features to build and manage requirements, prototypes, and smart workflows Acting as a trusted advisor across multiple ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, SecOps, CSM, FSM, and AppEngine
  • The ideal candidate is a seasoned consultant who combines proven BPC experience with the ability to guide technical discussions, support delivery teams, and ensure customer success.
  • Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Proven experience as a Business Process Consultant BPC in ServiceNow projects
  • Strong track record of successful ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules
  • Hands on experience with core platform skills including IntegrationHub and complex integrations REST SOAP JDBC JavaScript scripting and Flow Designer Business Rules ACLs Roles Foundational Data CMDB and CSDM LDAP and SSO setup Streaming Connect and ERP Canvas Knowledge Management KB and Contract Management
  • Ability to configure OOTB ServiceNow capabilities and perform basic setup and validation
  • Experience building and delivering demos and proof of concepts POCs
  • Strong understanding of technical design for complex integrations Advanced English and
  • Advanced English and Spanish skills
  • Nice to Have
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA At least two CIS certifications preferred for example ITSM ITOM SPM SecOps CSM FSM
  • Experience across multiple ServiceNow products ITSM ITOM SPM ITAM SecOps CSM FSM AppEngine
  • Experience designing solutions that combine functional consulting and technical configuration
