  • As a Business Readiness Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful adoption of large-scale Finance Transformation and SaaS initiatives. You will lead business readiness efforts, change management strategies, and stakeholder engagement programs to drive clarity, alignment, and adoption across the organization. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project leadership, and creative communication to translate complex transformation goals into actionable plans. You will oversee data strategy, internal marketing campaigns, and experiential learning programs while collaborating with senior leadership to shape future-state processes. This position offers the opportunity to influence transformation initiatives at scale while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment across Latin America.
  • Accountabilities

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Leading business readiness planning, developing playbooks, and ensuring successful adoption of transformation initiatives.
  • Managing end-to-end delivery of SaaS and SAP projects from initiation through deployment, including user adoption and change management.
  • Translating business objectives into detailed project plans with timelines, resource allocation, and KPIs.
  • Collaborating with leadership to implement future-state operating models using analytics, dashboards, and insights.
  • Driving enterprise data strategy, including data governance, master data management, and cloud-based migration efforts.
  • Creating compelling internal communications, including executive updates, digital content, and campaign materials.
  • Designing and executing experiential learning programs, internal events, town halls, and immersive workshops.
  • Monitoring stakeholder sentiment, engagement, and transformation progress, and using feedback to adjust strategies.
  • Coordinating internal campaigns, managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional alignment to ensure successful execution.

To thrive in this role, you should have

  • Proven experience leading business readiness, change management, or program management initiatives for large-scale transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of SAP or SaaS transformations, finance operations, and adoption strategies.
  • Experience in enterprise data management, migration, governance, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, including storytelling, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and monitor internal marketing campaigns and events.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure and track program impact using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborative approach with experience working across cross-functional teams and leadership.
