  • What You’ll Do?

In this role, you will

  • Facilities & Fleet Management
  • Process purchase orders using the iBuy system.
  • Coordinate supplier quotes and maintain accurate supplier records.
  • Manage procurement of mobile devices and Claro lines, including approvals and documentation.
  • Contract Management
  • Oversee approvals and signatures for commercial documents from clients, distributors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure signed contracts are stored in CM Spring and liaise with the Legal team.
  • Coordinate delivery and collection of contracts and related documents.
  • Monitor compliance for comodato contracts and create dashboards to track fixed assets.
  • Commercial Support
  • Collect and organize documentation for billing processes.
  • Act as a Salesforce (SFDC) support resource, creating reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Centralize internal communications and assist with performance monitoring.
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide logistical support for internal and commercial events.
  • Coordinate local and international shipments.
  • Manage office-related requests and periodic supply needs (e.g., EPPs).
  • Support onboarding for new employees and other relevant activities.
  • What You Bring?
  • Must-Have
  • Experience in business support, customer success, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., iBuy) and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Nice-to-Have
  • Knowledge of contract management processes.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports for leadership.
  • Advanced English and Spanish proficiency for communication with global teams.
