• We are looking for a Buyer to join our Supply Chain team. This role will be responsible for supporting procurement activities, planning material requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within procurement and supply chain operations. Bringing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced English are required; ERP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
• Key Responsibilities
• Assist with procurement and purchasing of materials, supplies, and services.
• Support in planning and scheduling material requirements based on demand forecasts and production schedules.
• Issue purchase orders and track order status with vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply and avoid shortages.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities in ERP systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Finance) to align procurement with business needs.
• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and supplier improvements.

• Basic understanding of supply chain and procurement principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.

• Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• Recent graduates or candidates with experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain will be considered.
• Internship or co-op experience in procurement or supply chain is a plus.
