  • Job Title: Capacity Planning Manager, LAM Location: Cotia, Brasil We are seeking a results-driven Capacity Planning Manager to oversee production capacity and long-term planning across our Cotia (BR), Don Torquato (ARG) and Bogota (Colombia) manufacturing sites. This role ensures that both sites have the operational capacity, resources, and flexibility to meet short- and long-term customer demand, while optimizing efficiency and minimizing bottlenecks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, operational experience, and a proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and geographical locations. Your key Responsibilities Develop and maintain capacity plans for all LAM sites aligned with forecasts, production schedules, and strategic goals. Analyze supply-demand trends, identify constraints, and implement proactive solutions to prevent shortages or excess capacity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Supply Chain, S&OP, Engineering, Finance) to align on demand, resources, and investments. Provide visibility and scenario planning for short- and long-term capacity outlooks, including risk mitigation strategies. Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in utilization, throughput, lead times, and standardize tools/processes across sites. Support capital planning and best practices, including justification for new equipment/facility expansion and fostering collaboration between sites." You bring Education: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred). Experience: Background in capacity planning, production planning, or operations within manufacturing. Global Exposure: Experience with multi-site or international operations highly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in capacity modeling tools, ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle), and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau). Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus. Travel: Willingness to travel between sites (approximately 20-30%).
