  • About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to partner directly with company leadership and drive execution across a fast-moving eCommerce business. This role will serve as the right hand to the Founder/CEO, ensuring company priorities remain clear, communication flows smoothly across teams, and key initiatives move from idea to completion efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate is a business-minded problem solver who can shift seamlessly between strategy and operations—supporting leadership with project execution, financial tracking, performance reporting, and cross-functional alignment across marketing, product, and creator programs.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Founder/CEO and leadership team to establish company priorities, track key goals, and ensure follow-through.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects across eCommerce operations, marketing, and creator programs to keep teams aligned and accountable.
  • Prepare and deliver leadership updates, reports, and dashboards (e.g., sales performance, marketing spend, EBITDA/contribution margin goals).
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and streamline internal workflows across departments.
  • Own internal communication processes, ensuring key decisions, initiatives, and updates are documented and shared clearly.
  • Support data-driven decision-making in collaboration with the Finance team and Data Analyst.
  • Anticipate operational needs and proactively resolve blockers, enabling the CEO to stay focused on strategy, partnerships, and growth.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and organizational planning as the company scales.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or Chief of Staff-type roles (ideally within startups, eCommerce, or consumer brands).
  • Strong understanding of business operations and P&L / financial performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with marketing and growth performance metrics.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear actions.
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities.
  • Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or TikTok Shop ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and dashboarding tools such as Google Looker Studio (Data Studio), Notion, Airtable, or similar platforms.
  • Prior experience supporting founders or executive teams in early-stage or high-growth environments.
