Streamline the installation, operations, and integration processes for BSS and OSS services. Ensure compliance with operational standards and continuously optimize system performance. Experiment with emerging tools and frameworks to improve automation practices. Contribute to process documentation and knowledge sharing. Education: Degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field. Expertise in Cloud Native and GitOps practices. Strong development skills, as required by automation assets: Shell, Python, Ansible, Golang... Familiarity with BSS and OSS products and solutions: EC, EB, ESOA, EOC, ECM, EM, ECEV, ESSVT, etc. Proficiency in Cloud Native and DevOps tools, including Kubernetes, Helm, Helmfile, Flux, GitLab, Artifactory, and other CI/CD frameworks. Hands-on experience with automation pipelines and system integration. Knowledge of modern monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana). Solid understanding of Everything as Code principles. Familiarity with Agile practices and management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Coaching and mentoring skills.
