We are hiring a cinematic faceless YouTube editor to create high-quality, emotionally driven long-form videos (8–20 minute videos This role requires real skills in: • Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve • Cinematic B-roll layering • Emotional storytelling • Color grading • Documentary pacing • Minimalist motion graphics • Music & sound design • High-retention edits • Narrative rhythm This is NOT a basic YouTube editing job. This is for an editor who understands how to create Better Ideas / Matt D’Avella–style storytelling. RESPONSIBILITIES • Edit 8–20 min faceless YouTube videos • Use cinematic B-roll that matches emotional beats • Color grade using soft, modern LUTs • Select emotional, ambient music • Create smooth, subtle transitions • Maintain consistent emotional tone • Follow creative style references • Deliver 1–3 videos weekly • Complete revisions quickly when needed REQUIREMENTS • 3+ years editing with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve • Portfolio of cinematic / emotional / documentary edits • Strong B-roll storytelling • Strong pacing & rhythm • Great ear for music selection • Understanding of minimalist motion graphics • Ability to match creative direction • Fluent in English communication • Reliable with deadlines BONUS SKILLS • After Effects experience • Access to premium stock footage • Experience in psychology, emotional, or self-help videos • Experience with faceless YouTube content TOOLS YOU MUST HAVE • Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve • Access to stock footage (Envato, Artgrid, Storyblocks, etc.) • Access to music libraries (Epidemic Sound, Artlist, etc.) • Fast editing workstation • Reliable internet COMPENSATION $50–$150 per finished video depending on skill level or $10–$30/hr depending on portfolio and speed.
