  • About the Role
  • We are seeking a client-facing Digital Project Manager to lead the execution of creative and digital projects, including web design, video production, and photography. This role sits at the intersection of client relationships and project delivery and is ideal for someone who enjoys owning communication, guiding clients through creative processes, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned and moving forward.
  • This is not a back-office or purely technical project management role. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing expectations, timelines, and deliverables while translating client goals into clear direction for internal creative and technical teams.
  • The ideal candidate has experience in a creative or digital agency–style environment, is confident leading client conversations, and brings enough digital and production knowledge to manage projects effectively without being overly technical. You are organized, personable, and decisive—someone clients trust and teams rely on.
  • You must be highly proficient in Monday.com, using it daily to manage workflows, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across multiple active projects.
  • Who This Role Is For

This role is a strong fit if you

  • Have experience managing creative or digital projects in a client-facing role
  • Are comfortable leading conversations, setting expectations, and occasionally pushing back while maintaining positive client relationships
  • Understand creative and digital workflows well enough to guide projects confidently
  • Enjoy juggling multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Take ownership and think ahead rather than waiting for direction

This role is NOT a fit if you’re looking for

  • A purely technical or engineering-focused PM role
  • A position with minimal client interaction
  • A reactive support or customer service–only role without project ownership
  • What You'll Own
  • Client Management & Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from onboarding to project completion.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins via phone, email, and video calls to maintain strong, positive relationships.
  • Translate client goals, feedback, and needs into clear instructions for creative and technical teams.
  • Manage expectations, communicate timelines, and ensure clients feel supported, informed, and engaged.
  • Project Leadership & Coordination
  • Lead and manage web design, video production, and photography projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate internal resources—designers, developers, videographers, editors, and photographers—to ensure all deliverables are met on time.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of creative/digital projects, from planning and scoping to execution, delivery, and revision cycles.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, task assignments, and workflows using Monday.com (required).
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues before they impact deadlines.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, deliverables, approval logs, and communication records.
  • Ensure all stakeholders—internal and external—stay aligned and accountable.
  • Implement best practices to continuously improve project processes and efficiency.
  • Prepare status reports and project updates for leadership and clients.
  • Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing creative or digital projects in a client-facing role, preferably in a creative agency, digital studio, or marketing environment
  • Proven experience leading projects across web design, video production, photography, or digital marketing initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to own client communication—including leading calls, managing expectations, and navigating feedback and revisions professionally
  • Strong working knowledge of creative and digital production workflows, including timelines, approvals, and revision cycles
  • Proficiency with Monday.com for managing tasks, timelines, dependencies, and project visibility (hands-on, daily use required)
  • Ability to translate client goals and feedback into clear, actionable direction for designers, developers, and production teams
  • Experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presence
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
