Bloomwell Health is a behavioral health and home care agency serving individuals and families across North Carolina. We provide outpatient therapy, play therapy, Tailored Care Management (TCM), CAP/C services, and home-based support. Our mission is to offer compassionate, high-quality care through innovative approaches and strong community partnerships. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our compliance, quality assurance, and client-facing operations. Responsibilities The Client Services & Compliance Coordinator will: QA and Documentation Review – Audit therapy and care management notes to ensure compliance with Medicaid and payer requirements. Medicaid Compliance Support – Maintain audit readiness and stay updated on state and MCO documentation standards. Note Revision & Coaching – Provide constructive feedback to clinicians and case managers to improve documentation quality and billing accuracy. Program Development – Assist with workflow design, onboarding materials, and development of new service offerings. Marketing & Outreach Support – Contribute to content creation, campaigns, and strategic communications to strengthen community engagement. Recruitment Assistance – Support recruitment efforts, with a focus on identifying Spanish-speaking licensed clinicians. Client & Staff Communication – Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communication appropriately to ensure timely follow-up and support. Client Intakes & Onboarding – Guide new clients through intake paperwork, explain available services, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Staff Onboarding Support – Assist with orientation materials, compliance training tracking, and onboarding processes for new team members. Qualifications Experience with Medicaid documentation standards and payer compliance (North Carolina preferred). Strong background in healthcare quality assurance, case management, or clinical operations. Prior experience handling client intakes and/or administrative onboarding processes. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone communication. Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines. Familiarity with behavioral health and/or home care settings strongly preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
