Comrade Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a Client Success Partner — a strategic consultant who helps our clients succeed in digital marketing and web development. This role is about more than managing accounts; it’s about becoming a trusted marketing adviser, guiding clients toward business growth through smart strategy, clear communication, and strong execution. We’re looking for someone with excellent presentation skills who can confidently lead conversations, translate complex marketing concepts into actionable recommendations, and act as a true partner in our clients’ success. While prior web design knowledge is a strong plus, we can train the right candidate to effectively oversee creative and web projects. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic consultant and adviser to clients, aligning marketing strategies with business objectives and driving measurable results. Coordinate and oversee digital marketing initiatives (SEO, PPC, content, social media, etc.) and ensure execution meets high standards. Lead presentations of strategies, reports, and recommendations with clarity and confidence. Oversee the launch of creative and website projects, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded. Gather project requirements, translate them into actionable tasks, and manage progress with the production team. Proactively communicate with clients via email, calls, and meetings to strengthen trust and relationships. Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to clients and internal leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of digital marketing experience (SEO, PPC, content strategy, social media). Excellent presentation and communication skills — able to simplify complex strategies for clients. Consulting mindset: proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable advising at both strategic and tactical levels. Familiarity with website development and creative processes (web design knowledge is a plus, not required). Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to balance multiple projects. Self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and eager to grow professionally.
