• Build and optimize Close.io pipelines, stages, and custom fields based on client sales processes. • Implement automation using Close Workflows, Sequences, Call Tasks, Smart Views, and Inbox automations. • Integrate Close.io with tools like Zapier, Slack, Google Sheets, ClickUp, Stripe, and outbound systems. • Maintain database hygiene: lead status updates, opportunity tagging, data mapping, and enrichment. • Build Smart Views to prioritize P1/P2/P3 leads, recycling logic, and follow-up paths. • Monitor inbound routing, assignment, and notifications to ensure no lead gets missed. • Troubleshoot daily CRM issues, broken automations, sync failures, or workflow gaps. • Create dashboards and reporting for KPIs (contact rate, booking %, show rate, conversion rate, pipeline velocity). • Document systems and processes clearly for client teams. • Partner directly with founders, sales managers, setters, and closers to optimize performance.
