  • Job Description
  • For NEDGEX new venture, Nxus Brew is the first-in-class inline brewing intelligence that’s set to transform the way breweries monitor, control, and optimize fermentation processes.
  • As a Cofounder you will drive both our sales and operations — taking ownership of growth, customer relationships, and product delivery. You will be central to turning our first traction into scale.

  • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and execute our go-to-market strategy in Brazil.
  • Prospect, close, and onboard early brewery customers.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, translating feedback into product improvements.
  • Work closely with the dev team to prioritize features and deliver customer-ready solutions.
  • Own customer success: ensure smooth onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Act as a sparring partner for the founders in business decisions, helping steer the company direction.
  • Represent Nxus Brew at events and with partners.
  • YOUR PROFILE
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are motivated by building something from scratch.
  • Experience in sales, operations, customer success, or technical sales, ideally in tech or industrial markets.
  • Comfortable working in uncertain, fast-changing environments.
  • Passion for technology, with a plus if you have exposure to the brewing/fermentation industry.
  • Able to inspire and convince customers and partners with a mix of vision and pragmatism.
  • Skilled communicator in Portuguese and English.
  • You see yourself as a potential cofounder and are excited about taking responsibility and ownership.
  • Above all, you want to work with a young, committed team with a start-up mentality.
