Description: We are seeking an experienced B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to support our EV Charger installation program for commercial property owners in Illinois, USA. The role combines prospecting, cold calling, and cold email outreach to generate qualified appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities: Use CoStar (or similar property data platforms) to research commercial property owners and managers. Send cold prospecting emails using prepared templates (via CoStar or CRM). Make outbound cold calls to property owners, landlords, and managers. Confidently explain the benefits of EV charger rebates, ROI, and revenue-sharing opportunities. Book and confirm qualified appointments with decision makers. Update CRM with accurate notes and status of calls/emails. Requirements: Located in Central or South America. Fluent English with neutral accent and professional phone manner. Documented experience in cold calling, prospecting emails, and appointment setting. Real estate, property management, or B2B sales experience is strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multi-property ownership discussions confidently. Familiarity with CRM tools; CoStar experience is a plus. Compensation: Hourly base pay. Production bonuses for booked and kept appointments.
