As a new cosmetics brand in a very competitive market, such as Europe and the US, we realized we the humanized phone service is a powerful tool to convert sales. We need someone who excels on over-the-phone sales. This person can guide the customer on how to properly use a product, explain about the main selling points, clear any questions they might have and close as many sales as possible. This job will based on US day hours and for now, exclusively on weekends.
