The Commercial Director will lead and execute the company’s commercial strategy, with a strong focus on Cloud Computing, Data Center, and infrastructure services. This executive role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and representing the company within the global technology ecosystem. The position also owns the development, training, and performance of the sales organization. What you’ll do: Sales Strategy & Execution Define and execute the sales strategy for cloud, data center, managed services, and hybrid/multicloud solutions. Own the annual sales plan, including targets, budget, pipeline, and forecast. Drive go-to-market strategies for new offerings and solutions. Identify growth opportunities across strategic accounts and new markets. Ensure strong alignment between sales, marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams. Market & Ecosystem Engagement Act as the company’s commercial leader and external representative in the technology market. Build and maintain senior relationships with: Enterprise customers and C-level executives (CIO, CTO, CFO). Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Technology vendors, OEMs, and data center providers. Integrators, MSPs, distributors, and strategic partners. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive forums. Track market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Support co-sell initiatives, alliances, and strategic partnerships. Sales Leadership & Team Development Lead, structure, and scale sales teams and partner channels. Design and run continuous training programs focused on: Cloud and data center solutions. Consultative and enterprise sales. Strategic account management. Implement coaching, performance management, and succession planning. Define territories, quotas, incentive plans, and career paths. Key Accounts & Deal Leadership Lead complex, high-value negotiations and enterprise contracts. Ensure customer retention, renewals, and account expansion. Drive cross-sell and up-sell strategies. Maintain strong long-term customer relationships. Sales Governance & Performance Ensure disciplined CRM usage and sales process governance. Manage pipeline health, forecast accuracy, churn, and revenue predictability. Define and track sales KPIs and efficiency metrics. Report results, risks, and opportunities to the executive leadership team. What you should have: Proven sales leadership experience in the technology, cloud, or data center sector. Strong background in complex B2B and enterprise sales. Demonstrated success in revenue growth and sales team management. Experience working with global partners and technology ecosystems. Cloud Computing (public, private, hybrid). Data Center solutions: colocation, virtualization, storage, backup, DR, security, networking. Hybrid and multicloud environments. Recurring revenue models (MRR, ARR). Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. MBA or postgraduate degree (preferred, not required). Languages Advanced or fluent English (mandatory). Leadership & Soft Skills Strategic, results-driven mindset. Strong executive presence and influence. Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value.
