IMPORTANT: We are ONLY accepting applicants with established experience designing commercial real estate brochures and pitch decks (brokerage experience strongly preferred). IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED: Please submit a short VIDEO proposal (2–4 minutes) introducing yourself and explaining your experience in designing commercial real estate brochures, pitch decks, and social media content, ideally with examples of deliverables you have personally designed. Please also speak to your experience managing commercial listings on Loopnet/Costar and Crexi if applicable. Applicants who do not submit the video proposal will not be considered. Job Overview: We are a growing commercial real estate brokerage seeking a full-time graphic designer who can lead production of property marketing brochures and listing pitch decks, plus create social media graphics and post across our channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). The role is design-first, with added responsibilities for posting/scheduling and writing concise, on-brand captions. Basic short-form video creation (trimming, text overlays, resizing for Reels) is a plus. You’ll work from our current designer, and existing brand guidelines and templates, uphold file hygiene, and deliver accurate, polished materials on tight timelines. Ideal candidates have hands-on commercial real estate brochure marketing and design experience, excellent attention to detail, and a strong grasp of commercial real estate. Key Responsibilities Design & Production (Primary) Commercial Real Estate Brochures: Design property brochures/OMs/teasers (print-ready + web-optimized PDFs). Listing Pitch Decks: Build persuasive, brand-aligned pitch decks for landlord/tenant rep opportunities. Ad-hoc Design Deliverables: One-pagers, floor plan callouts, tour books, signage, thumbnails, and carousels. Versioning & Accuracy: Maintain version control, correct property data, and consistent branding across files. File Organization: Keep brochures and pitch decks organized based on our internal filing system. Social Media (Secondary) Post Graphics: Create platform-specific image/carousel assets from brochure content. Captions & Posting: Draft concise, professional captions; schedule posts to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook via a scheduler (e.g., Buffer). Video Editing (Bonus): Create engaging videos of the properties we're marketing, ready to post to social media. Bonus Responsibilities (if qualified): Assist with Uploads/Updates: Help upload finalized brochures and maintain listing pages on LoopNet/CoStar and Crexi (experience managing listings is a strong plus). Collaboration & Process Work with our existing designer, our commercial real estate agents, brand guidelines and templates to create beautiful marketing collateral, and propose tasteful improvements where helpful. Communicate proactively with Marketing/Operations; follow approval steps and deadlines. Provide quick status updates; flag blockers early; uphold quality checks before delivery. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1 year designing commercial real estate brochures (brokerage experience preferred). Ideally 2–3 years overall design + social media experience. Portfolio Required: Include CRE brochure and pitch deck samples (property marketing work). Software Experience (Required): Adobe InDesign (expert for layout/print export) Canva (template adaptation, social graphics) Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Gamma (AI design platform for decks/one-pagers) Social platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook Scheduling tools such as Buffer (or similar) Basic video editing for short-form content Monday.com (project/task management) CoStar/LoopNet & Crexi listing management (uploading brochures, updating listings) HubSpot (simple data entry/updates) Traits & Work Style: Fast, reliable turnaround with strong attention to detail and data accuracy Process-driven, organized file hygiene, consistent naming/versioning Clear communicator; comfortable with remote collaboration (email/Slack/Zoom) Work Arrangement Type: Full-time contract Location: Remote (ability to overlap with U.S. business hours is a required) Start: ASAP Application Instructions To apply, please submit both of the following: Video Proposal (2–4 minutes): Walk through 2–3 CRE brochures/pitch decks you designed (share your screen).
