The Communications Analyst is responsible for executing and managing key internal and external communications channels. This role ensures our internal audience is informed and engaged through campaigns, intranet and newsletters, while managing the company's LinkedIn presence to build brand reputation. The position also provides critical support in developing communication campaigns and maintaining the integrity and consistency of core brand assets, including branding materials.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesInternal Communications Management: support the implementation of the global AMEC Internal Communications strategies, processes, and campaigns. Newsletter Production: owns the end-to-end production cycle of the global internal newsletters. Proactively source and curate content, write and edit compelling copy, manage layout/design (via templates), handle distribution lists, ensure local implementation with the focal points and report on key metrics (open rates, click-through-rates). Intranet Management: Acts as the primary owner and editor of the corporate Intranet on the WordPress platform. Ensure all content is accurate and up-to-date. Publish timely news, announcements, and new features. Manage the content calendar for the platform and propose improvements to drive employee engagement and adoption.Campaign & Visual Asset Support: Supports the development and execution of integrated communication campaigns (both internal and external). Assist in developing campaign concepts and messaging. Coordinate the creation and distribution of all campaign assets (emails, banners, posts, etc.) with the local focal points. Track campaign results.Company Profile Management: Owns the maintenance and accuracy of the official global Company Profile and supports the Platform’s Company Profiles development. Proactively coordinate with stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Strategy, Leadership) to ensure the presentations are always current. Manage version control and distribution.External Communications (LinkedIn) Management: Manages the corporate AMEC LinkedIn content calendar and execution. Develop a content strategy aligned with employer branding and business goals. Write, create, and schedule all posts (in coordination with design). Monitor channel for comments and messages, ensuring timely responses. Also define, monitor key metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, impressions) and provide regular reports with analysis and recommendations for optimization.Visual Support & Brand Integrity: Acts as a "brand guardian" for day-to-day communication materials. Write clear creative briefings for the design team for visual assets (e.g., social media cards, intranet banners). Review all materials to ensure compliance with brand guidelines (logo, color, tone of voice). Be the focal point for local teams on the branding standards.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or Institutional Relations.English - Fluency.Experience in Corporate Communications and Internal Communications.Superior writing and editing skills (in English), with the ability to adapt tone for different channels (internal vs. external).Ability to connect tactical activities (a post, an article) to broader business objectives (engagement, brand perception).Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.Strong interpersonal skills to confidently collaborate, influence, and gather information from various departments.An eye for detail and a deep understanding of the importance of visual and verbal brand consistency. Strong interpersonal skills with experience in stakeholder engagement. Desirable:A post-graduation degree in any of the listed areas above will be an advantage.Social media management.Wordpress and Powerpoint.
