Job Description: Quality Builders is looking for an experienced Project Manager/Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a new teammate to assist with the day to day operations of our residential construction projects. Many of our projects are complex (additions and basement digdowns) and NOT typical kitchen and bath renovations. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing documentation, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a virtual/remote position where you will work hand in hand to support our local project team. While we have listed some typical duties below, being that we are a start-up, the possibilities of your future are limitless. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Subcontractor coordination Subcontractor payments Ordering material Recording meeting minutes Updating construction schedules Submitting daily reports Document control KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods and terminology Ability to follow through on tasks to completion, and ask questions when necessary Keen attention to detail Ability to recognize and solve problems High degree of competence in verbal and written communication Proficiency in Google suite and open to learning new softwares Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
