Location(s): Brazil City/Cities: Rio de Janeiro Travel Required: 00% - 25% Relocation Provided: No Job Posting End Date: October 28, 2025 Shift: Job Description Summary: What we expect from you: Drive bottler alignment on the marketing agenda: portfolio priorities, consumer insights and category/brand strategies and plans (objectives, DME investments, execution and success metrics, activity calendars, including Innovation projects and IMX Campaigns) in partnership with C&CL and Franchise Leadership. Provide input on OU-and Market-level portfolio strategy, brand plans (activities, calendars, execution of allocated DME) and local innovation opportunities. Orchestrate localization and real-time amplification of campaigns within the Franchise unit, providing input to OU team. Review and approve the marketing plans and integration of plans in country/region with the relevant bottlers. Oversee plans at local level, including POS activations, consumer promotions, experiential marketing and events (leveraging mkt assets). Lead franchise marketing preparation and participation in key meetings. Show case Best Practice models that can scale to other regions. Lead cross-functional teams on work assignments and tasks; provide direction and manage timeline milestones to achieve KPIs and desired objectives. Be a role model and provide direction to other people in the team. Qualification & Requirements Bachelor’s degree required 2+ years of brand management / marketing activation (end to end project delivery). Ability to understand and leverage business, finance and commercial insights, and identify needs for campaign localization or customization as necessary. Ability to adapt to changing environment and cross correct in due time, scenario planning thinking. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with key partners (category marketing teams, bottler, external agencies), and ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders. Good project management skills, able to coordinate multiple projects at the same time and deliver high quality on time. Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred Experience leading marketing communication projects. Action-oriented with the ability to think and react quickly to changing circumstances. Strong sense of urgency, even when managing initiatives with long lead times, adaptability, and flexibility to meet changing priorities and adjust to different management styles.
