Principais Responsabilidades: - Elaborar e implementar o plano de ação do território, alinhado com as estratégias de marketing estabelecidas. - Atingir as metas de demanda e vendas, conforme políticas da companhia. - Estabelecer metas desafiadoras para si próprio, visando atingir os objetivos e as expectativas da empresa. - Identificar oportunidades de negócio em seu território, agindo rápida e eficazmente no sentido de trazê-las para a empresa. - Manter-se alinhado com o GD, equipe e time de oncologia correspondente(s) à sua área de atuação, favorecendo o sinergismo do trabalho de todos. - Construir relacionamento ético com médicos-chave, sociedade médica, principais clientes, visitando-os periodicamente. - Com base nos desafios de negócio, auxiliar no engajamento das áreas de MKT, Diagnóstico, KAM/Acesso e área médica na busca de soluções para a geração de demanda. - Promover e/ou participar de eventos médicos ligados a sua área de atuação, seja no trabalho promocional desenvolvido, no contato com líderes de opinião e na participação em palestras técnicas em caráter de aprimoramento. - Interagir com todas as áreas da AstraZeneca, dentro da unidade de oncologia e demais unidades de negócios, visando otimizar os recursos e resultados. - Conhecimento intermediário de anatomia, fisiologia, patologias, tratamento, concorrentes, e interpretação de estudos clínicos de oncologia serão um diferencial. Pré-Requisitos: - Superior completo; - Inglês intermediário (diferencial); - Residir na localidade onde a vaga está disponível ; - Disponibilidade para viagens (60% do tempo); - Conhecimento do mercado de oncologia, entendimento da jornada do paciente e gestão de contas (público e privado).
