About Us
 We are a San Francisco Bay Area–based media company that produces event highlight films, brand films, and short-form social content for startups, nonprofits, and major corporate clients. We are looking for 1–2 remote video editors to join our team on a contract basis to help edit a steady flow of social media videos, event recaps, and mini-docs. We are starting candidates off on a 1-3 month contract, if that goes well, can become a longterm position. Role Overview
 You will work with our creative director to edit videos from provided footage into polished, engaging content ready for delivery across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and client campaigns. Typical projects include 1–2 minute event recap videos, short-form reels, and occasional longer-form branded pieces. Responsibilities * Edit raw footage into short-form (30–60s) and long-form (1-3 min) videos * Add captions, lower thirds, and light graphics * Color correction and audio cleanup (basic noise reduction, leveling, music mixing, ai audio cleanup) * Follow brand style guides (fonts, colors, LUTs) * Deliver project files, exports, and caption files (.srt) * Communicate clearly and meet quick deadlines consistently Requirements * Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro** * Strong sense of pacing and storytelling * Experience with captions, audio, basic graphics, and color correction * Organized project file management * Reliable high speed internet connection for file transfers * Good English communication skills Nice-to-Have * After Effects / Fusion for advanced motion graphics * Thumbnail / graphic design experience Compensation * Per-project or hourly (depending on scope). * Typical range: $10–25/hour or $60–250 per video, depending on complexity and experience.
