***This position is open globally but Brazil Based Contractors are Preferred, See Why Below*** We are a fast growing company in the online casino vertical. We are looking for a true expert when it comes to conversion rate optimization, UX testing and troubleshooting, and optimizing for higher revenues and sign up rates. Our first immediate task and challenge is getting people to complete their first deposit after registration. We are striving for an over 60% conversion rate from those who register to those who deposit. We are currently between 38-48% There are a couple of levers that can help us achieve this, but first and foremost your goal will be to watch a lot of Clarity recordings showing possible drop offs, and also doing UX testing yourself repeatedly. This is why we are prioritizing Brazil based CRO people. Accessing the site via a VPN is not optimal to see speeds, and also you will need to test payment flows. If you are not Brazil based it is not a deal breaker, but is something to consider. Experience in the online casino space is a BIG plus, so if you have this experience please cite where you worked and tests conducted. You will only this portion of UX testing and proposing new tests.
